1. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after the day of issuance.
2. The RMA number(s) must be prominently displayed only on the
shipping label of boxes containing returned goods. Do not mark the manufacturing
original boxes themselves.
3. Any product returned without an RMA number, incomplete
and/or not in resaleable condition, or with an RMA number over 10 days old, may
be refused.
4. Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid in their original
shipping boxes and packing material.
5. A copy of your packing list/invoice must accompany all returned Products.
6. Returned goods should be freight insured by you. Product returned to you under Warranty is shipped freight-prepaid via UPS
Ground or other carrier at our discretion.

non-defective.
