1. Please understand that if the product is defective it may not be your fault, but it may not be our fault either.(See Terms-of-sales for details).
2. Retail Box Product, Contact manufacturer for Direct RMA.OEM product have 6 months warranty with us.
3. Need 2-6 weeks for RMA to return to you, depending on the manufacturer. No Hot-Swap RMA exchange unless you have purchased that before.(See terms-of-sales for details).
4. At least 15% restocking fee will be charged for refund within 15 days. No refund after 15 days.(See terms-of-sales for details).
5. RMA # is requested by email only. Fill in all the information, send the email to rma@beatprice.com. If you do not receive RMA number after 48 hours, then call (408)720-7705.
6. Wait for the RMA # which is issued by Beatprice.com RMA Department.

 

Merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused by our shipping department.
Please mark the RMA number on the shipping label of your package.

1. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after the day of issuance.
2. The RMA number(s) must be prominently displayed only on the shipping label of boxes containing returned goods. Do not mark the manufacturing original boxes themselves.
3. Any product returned without an RMA number, incomplete and/or not in resaleable condition, or with an RMA number over 10 days old, may be refused.
4. Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid in their original shipping boxes and packing material.
5. A copy of your packing list/invoice must accompany all returned Products.
6. Returned goods should be freight insured by you. Product returned to you under Warranty is shipped freight-prepaid via UPS Ground or other carrier at our discretion.
7. United-Micro.com reserves the right to charge for shipping, handling and labor if the Product received for repair is non-defective.
